Your emotions play a very dynamic role in your constant way of living. How you react to other happenings identified or perceived by your body and mind can well define how most, if not all people comprehend and even appreciate you. Although every response you give is always determined by what you hear, see and feel. For instance: if someone compliments your looks, what they say and how they say it plays a very cogent role to you –someone could say something optimistic about you, how you look or what you have but could still put on a satirical expression;
This in most cases results in a spiteful reaction by you. Reason being that the information garnered by your brain has given you the impression that whoever has complemented you in such manner may be trying to mock you. Furthermore studies have shown that no matter the temperament you might possess the human mind prefers to be entertained at all times that’s why you would even prefer to study or learn in an environment and condition that you find very pleasant.
Just like you need food in your system every day you also need to feel cheerful all the time if possible. Most of the time people and things tend to aggravate your mood unexpectedly and even involuntarily, these irritations could surpass whatever happy feeling you might have at the moment and no matter how easy mannered you might be could even trigger a quick heated unwilling reaction from you.
Although this is always a justified act, it is also very imperative that you try as much as possible to control your emotions no matter the circumstance. Moreover, it has been observed that men that are good in controlling their tempers and emotions are often more admired and considered gentlemen by the ladies. Giving people around you the endless impression that you can be happy all the time can be very good as it generates respect from them and also gives them a sense of trust and safety when around you. It also boosts your relationship with anyone.
Life is very volatile. Anyone could wake up the next day and get fired, lose a loved one or recognize we have a fatal ailment. The point is, you never know. Choose to be happy and enjoy every single moment you have.

The point in general is happiness is a very essential to health, research shows a direct correlation between health and happiness. Happy people usually take better care of themselves by exercising more and eating healthier than unhappy folks. Try to be happy all the time.
